Greentube, the digital gaming and entertainment division of NOVOMATIC, has achieved a significant milestone in its expansion across Europe by introducing online VLT games and sports betting on Loteriesport.lu, Luxembourg’s national lottery’s online platform. This advancement is made possible by Greentube’s versatile server-based gaming solution, Greentube Plurius, signaling a major step in merging digital and retail gaming experiences in Luxembourg.
The seamless integration of online and retail gaming is highlighted in the second phase of the integration on Loteriesport.lu, offering new entertainment options online that mirror the content previously only available at physical locations. Following last year’s initial launch of land-based VLT and sports betting terminals, these developments have given players unparalleled flexibility in accessing their favorite gaming products.
Scheduled for full implementation next year, the complete 360 solution of Greentube Plurius will provide Loterie Nationale Luxembourg with deeper insights into product performance and player preferences, customized to meet the needs of the growing customer base.
This collaboration originated from Greentube winning a competitive tender to supply Luxembourg’s state-owned national lottery with its omnichannel solution, surpassing other industry leaders. The successful online launch is a crucial component of the comprehensive digital transformation led by Greentube Plurius, enabling the seamless integration of land-based, online, and mobile virtual lottery terminal operations.
With a global reach and commitment to quality, Greentube Plurius currently supports nearly 60 games available in both land-based VLT and online formats, with plans to introduce a new title every week in partnership with Loterie Nationale Luxembourg.
